Vip Lounge is a rip-off casino. They have it where more than one person in the household can sign up, but when you win they don’t pay out. They says that you have more than one person assisned to your computer and combine all of the accounts together. I won $500.00 and after a week and a half of being told they didn’t recieve all of my socuments or my ID was too dark, the manager approved the withdrawal then taken it back. I recieved NOTHING!!!! They are full of **********.

I won $500.00 with VIP Lounge and they would not pay me because they said that it was more then one account on my computer. Why do they offer you to open up a account if they only will allow one payout per household. This casino is a rip-off. They didn’t want to pay out I believe that it was because I’m in the USA. Don’t deposit any money there because they will not pay out!!!!
